Took a while to get used to the controls. The brief version: once you've set the cooking type & time, don't forget to press the start button top right of the control panel. The intuitive centre button is actually cancel/(Keep) Warm. Pressure cooking: just brilliant. Slow cooking: very good. Remember not to add too much liquid as the juice in whatever you are cooking will also come out. evaporation is very low. Once I got the hang of that, rating becomes excellent. Rice: excellent. Saute low/high: Very useful, suffers a little from the lack of available flat saute area compared to a large frying pan but think about it this way: Would a pressure cooker with a footprint the size of a large frying pan fit in your cupboard? Wouldn't in mine. Stew: Haven't tried it. Baking cake: Not a fan of cake. The one chocolate cake came out well & the little ones loved it. I personally detest chocolate cake so won't be retrying it until the someone guilt trips me into a repeat. Recipe book: gives you a good idea how to add the right amount of liquid/stock to a dish. It is way less than you want to add. Recipes themselves were a little bland for my taste. Jazz them up a bit with more herbs and spices.

An all-rounder Very happy with it, especially because all functions are on it. From slow cooker, steaming, baking cakes to pressure cooker. Everything I've made with it so far works and is delicious. It is a solid device. Easy to clean. . Very satisfied with my purchase. Good value for money.
