  • bring it to our store see store locator click here
  • if you live far from our stores we can arrange to pickup the product at a partner stores our team will assist with this 
  • you can handover the product to the nearest pronto lanka courier center we will reimburse you for courier costs after completing your repair to check pronto lanka centers click here 

You can register your return within 7 days after you’ve received the product. You’ll have another 7 days to return your product for free. You have 2 options:

  • Exchange your product for another product for free.
  • Return your product for free and have your money refunded.

To get the full purchase price back, it’s important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. Feel free to view the product as you would in the store.

please note personal care products are not eligible for return/exchange due to hygienic reasons

You’ll receive at least a 1-year warranty on manufacturing errors on all products Your product shouldn’t break during the first year  with normal use. 

Warranty type The warranty type indicates how your product will be repaired. and who is the agent responsible for the warranty . All Our Products are Sourced through the Authorized Agents of the Brand 

  • Via Dinapala . After your Purchase we Will send to you the original Warranty Card From the Authorized Agent , Additionally  We Take full responsibility for your warranty

We repair Philips ,Suga , Wipro , Giant , Clear , Dione & Fuji Products at  our Service Centers.

For other products and Brands , we work together with the Authorized Agent and Authorized external repair services. , large products such as Washing Machines, Refrigerators and Generators are Repaired at your home 

Yes, but you’ll have to pay. We’ll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want it repaired or not You can register the repair easily and quickly via the form below . please note due import restrictions we may have spare parts issue on certain repiars

No Problem you have 2 options

  • if you live far from our stores we can arrange to pickup the product at a partner store our team will assist with this We Have 300+ Dealer/Partner Stores in SriLanka with a lorry fleet that spans every city every 3-4 days With the assistance of our team you can leave your product at the Partner Store Until Our Lorry will Pickup the Product Upon Repairing we will courier the product back to you . You will be Provided an Email of ours receiving your product at the partner store 
  • you can handover the product to the nearest pronto lanka courier center we will reimburse you for courier costs after completing your repair to check pronto lanka centers click here 

Sure we can do this , you can inform our team about buying a wall bracket and then when we handover the TV   we will Wall Mount the TV for you . 

Sure we can do this , you can inform our team about the Installation and get the approval for our team from your apartment Control Room .we do not charge any lifting fees and we will lift to highest floor to make our valuable customers happy
