Order Acceptance and Billing
All Billing information must be truthful and accurate. Providing otherwise constitutes a breach in this Agreement and may result in order cancellation. We may request additional information from you prior to accepting an order for the benefit of both parties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) in the amount of the charge, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
By confirming the purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s).
- The order is only valid for the product mentioned.
- Island wide delivery is available at an additional cost for specified products only.
- Dinapalagroup.lk management reserves the right to decide about the replacement of products for which there is no warranty.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, orders cannot be combined with any other gift certificates, vouchers or promotions.
- Orders cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Liability for Content
Although every effort has been made to provide accurate information on these pages, neither Dinapalagroup.lk, nor any of its employees, nor any member of the Dinapalagroup.lk affiliate or partner companies, their suppliers, nor any of their employees, make any warranty, expressed or implied, or assume any legal liability (to the extent permitted by law) or responsibility for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the content of the Website.
In the event of an error or mistake whether technical or human, Dinapalagroup.lk reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the customer at any time at its sole discretion and refund the payment back to the customer.
Neither Dinapalagroup.lk nor any member of Dinapalagroup.lk k shall be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the performance of or use of Services available on the Website
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Once confirmation of a transaction is sent via email by Dinapalagroup.lk to the user orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned unless a valid product usability issue . please note that we cannot accept returns based on change of mind
Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of Dinapalagroup.lk within 2 days of the purchase to discuss a solution
Dinapalagroup.lk management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.
Paid ‘store pickup’ orders which are not collected within 90 days will be informed in writing by post , if still no response we may have to cancel that order after 180 days
Cash On Delivery
Dinapala Group Reserves the right to cancel cash on delivery orders within a span of 15 days after order is placed owing to price changes that exceed 5% of the total price of the item
In the event of a cancellation of cash on delivery order you will be notified by email and further correspondence can only be provided after a new order is placed
Cash on Delivery Orders will be deemed low priority and will be delivered after fully paid orders are completed.
Customers agree to be be consented to delivery schedule of Dinapala Group and agree not to provide undue pressure to deliver cash on delivery orders
If cash on delivery orders need to be converted to EMI plans further bank handling fee will be added to price
All refunds are processed within 7 working days by Dinapalagroup.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which Dinapalagroup.lk cannot be held liable.
Users represent and warrant that they are 18 years of age or older in order to enter into this Agreement and make any purchase of any deal provided by us.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current. In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information, the deal will not be processed.
Dinapalagroup.lk reserves the right to terminate a user membership at any time if a breach of these terms and conditions take place.
Dinapalagroup.lk collects user’s personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes only and will not share this information.

You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Dinapalagroup.lk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you or cancel orders.

Dinapalagroup.lk reserves the right to monitor and block or remove comments or material that determines to be abusive, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
All content included on the Site, such as text, images, graphics, logos, video, audio, data, and music are the exclusive property of Dinapalagroup.lk, its partners and merchants are protected under the Intellectual Property Act of Sri Lanka No 36 of 2003.
