Payment related

If you choose to buy from Dinapala Group online store, you can pay with any  Debit Card or credit card – Visa  Mastercard and American Express and UNON PAY  are all available . we also have mobile wallet payment options such as Ezy Cash and M cash .

As a second option You also have the option to pay by secure Pay link(VISA and Mastercard only)  where we will send to you  a payment link by sms for the product you ordered for  more details on secure payment link  click here

You can use your code by entering it in the “Enter your promotional code” section when you order. To receive the discount, click Apply. You can use only one promotional code per order.

You can make the payment online and call and convert your payment into installment with your bank. For this you need to use a credit card. This facility is only provided by selected banks.

On average 5-7 Working Days . If you can inform us through our hotline that you require the product urgently we might be able to make an exception for you please bear in mind however that this will be dependent on external circumstances beyond our control . We Will do our best

cancellations and refunds

Once confirmation of a transaction is sent via email by to the user orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned unless it is a legitimate warranty claim . please note that we are not able to accept change of mind as a reason for returning goods

Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of within 2 days of the purchase. management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.

Paid ‘store pickup’ orders which are not collected within 60 days will be cancelled automatically after formal notice by letter and sms

All refunds are processed within 7 working days by Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which cannot be held accountable for banking delays however we will keep you posted and be available on our helplines to give you updates regarding your refund 

Warranty Related

Warranty Conditions and duration will be mentioned on the Product Description if you have any doubts please check with our helplines as well . Please note certain products do not carry warranty
