cancellations and refunds
Once confirmation of a transaction is sent via email by Dinapalagroup.lk to the user orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned unless it is a legitimate warranty claim . please note that we are not able to accept change of mind as a reason for returning goods
Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of Dinapalagroup.lk within 2 days of the purchase.
Dinapalagroup.lk management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.
Paid ‘store pickup’ orders which are not collected within 60 days will be cancelled automatically after formal notice by letter and sms
All refunds are processed within 7 working days by Dinapalagroup.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which Dinapalagroup.lk cannot be held accountable for banking delays however we will keep you posted and be available on our helplines to give you updates regarding your refund
